Programs listed on this site are coaching services delivered live, online or in person. Each program page states the number of sessions, the length of sessions, and the materials included.

Coaching and hypnosis offered here are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. See the ethics and scope of practice page for the full statement.

A program is confirmed once payment is received and a first session is scheduled. Payment plans, where offered, are stated on the program page and are payable on the agreed dates.

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown at the time you book.

Sessions can be moved with at least 24 hours of notice at no cost. Inside 24 hours, the session is treated as delivered unless there is an emergency, in which case talk to me.

If I need to move a session, you get first choice of the replacement times.

Single sessions are refundable in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time.

For multi-session programs, if you complete the first two sessions, do the assigned actions, and conclude the work is not for you, the remaining unused sessions are refunded on request.

Digital materials that have been delivered are not refundable.

The work depends on what you do between sessions. Attending without acting on the agreed steps will not produce a change, and no refund is available on that basis.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after the program.

No specific outcome, income figure, or timeline is promised. Results vary between individuals. Any example described on this site is illustrative and is not a representation of what you will achieve.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the program in question.
