What happens to what you share.

When you complete the scorecard, your email address and your answers are stored so the results can be sent to you. When you submit an application, the contact details and responses you enter are stored so we can reply.

Standard server logs record the usual technical information about requests, such as browser type and approximate location.

To send you what you asked for, to respond to applications, and to improve the material on this site. Marketing email is sent only where you have opted in, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Your information is not sold. It is not rented. It is not traded to advertisers or data brokers.

Session content and application responses are treated as confidential and are never published or used in marketing without your written permission.

Only the service providers needed to run the site and send email, and only to the extent required to do that work. Those providers are bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

Information may be disclosed where the law requires it.

Scorecard entries and applications are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started, and reviewed periodically after that.

You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time and it will be removed within thirty days.

You can request a copy of what is held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to the contact address on this site and you will get a reply within one business day.

This site uses only what is needed to function and to understand which pages are read. No cross-site advertising trackers are used.
